It's been a while since I've done a photo round up instagram post, so thought it would be ideal to sum up what I've been up to recently! It still hasn't dawned on me yet that I've finished my second year of university and that it's actually now the summer holidays, mainly because I still have some external exams to go, but the feeling of weight being lifted off my shoulders after all the stress recently is amazing.
Started off with me travelling back up to Edinburgh, and forever waiting on trains. Taking pretty snaps of the countryside as I was travelling, which you can see more of in my post here. Arriving back in Edinburgh to be greeted with sunshine and blue skies, making for some very pretty views from the flat.
As I arrived I was also met with a pair of summer sandals from Clarks which I've taken some snaps of and super to excited to feature on here soon! Then we've spent a few days just relaxing in the sunshine in the local parks, and having general lazy days. Also having Luke buy me giant chocolate buttons to help with revision was a major perk.
On Friday night we all headed out to celebrate some friends leaving for their year studying abroad, which was a really good night, and as you may spot...the 'his and hers' rum!
Getting soaked in a summer rain downpour whilst shopping the other day, with only a H&M carrier bag to use as shelter (though all hope of staying dry was soon lost). Some pretty little bargains I bought from the sales, and shopping again today (oops) with the girls, finally finding a new watch, and having a little dinner date at Bella Italia. Lovely stuff.
